Villu, co-Founder of Woodstem, serves as Head of Forest Management, overseeing all forestry operations. He manages projects from Level I to Level III, ensuring alignment with management plans, budgets and quality standards. He brings over 20 years of experience in forest management operations.

In addition, Villu acts as an IT analyst at Woodstem, maintaining accurate and reliable forestry data to support informed decision-making and improving operational efficiency.

He is responsible for forest management in Estonia across Viljandi, Tartu, Ida-Viru, Lääne-Viru, Põlva, Võru and Valga counties.
